Ironically, Sengun could have saved Silas's job if Silas only let him. Nix and JC were terrible. Everyone knew they weren't going to add anything today and be a net negative. The guys who came to play all got less minutes than Nix. Two words Clown Show.
I know this will come as an unpopular opinion but I think its time to fire Silas. The Rockets are in a bad place right now.
I hope this side show ends and an article comes out explaining Silas' bias. Really hope for him that it is not a hate for Euros. It'd be idiotic.
After the Miami game, I thought they finally realized that they should put Nix on the shelve and let TyTy be the backup PG. Then when Tate got back, boom! TyTy was sent down to the G-league. So they planned on using Tate as the backup PG. LOL. Then KPJ got hurt. And who's gonna backup Tate before KPJ gets back? No PG, no problem. And when Tate got suspended, guess what, Nix was right there playing starter. What the heck!!!
I saw something that did catch my eye during the game and brought it up during the game... It was in the 4th when Silas was riding that garbage lineup too long and then sent Nix to the scorer's table to check in. You could see Sengun, he had his warmups off, he was like leaning on the edge of his seat and staring at the scorer's table. You could tell he wanted in because usually he's just sitting back in his chair and leaning back but as Silas then sent Jabari to the scorers table Sengun was still sitting there staring that way and leaning on his chair with his warmups off like he was ready to go.
Lol yep, I definitely saw that because I was utterly confused that he kept in that trash lineup THEN decided to put in Nix who had been terrible and Jabari who was meh on offense (but played some solid defense) but was keeping Sengun on the bench. This is why even if we are tanking...its okay to win a game every now and then to keep spirits up. These 10 game losing streaks ain't it.
Silas' whole treatment of Sengun is either incredibly erratic or it's personally motivated. Either way, Silas has to go.
If silas get sengun a suspension than it would be obivious that silas lost locker room.it would go either way if fo would be backing silas than we would see a trade like c wood 's for sengun which would be better for both parties as you won't find any one to entertain yourself while being 4 th straigt year in abyss.

Like with KPJ throwing tantrums, and KJ demanding minutes/trades through the media, it's just hard for me to support 20 year olds and rookie contract guys throwings fits, I'll pass on celebrating this. I don't care if you think the coach sucks or not, these players need to know their roles as young players and conduct themselves like professionals, they're getting paid the big bucks to do so. Yeah, I seen that as well. Sengun was sitting on the edge of his chair waiting for Silas to call him back in the game or he was about to kick Silas’s ass….we will never know…
