    Teslas have great safety scores.

    Built like a tank.

    Ons of the main reasons I went with them.

    The heavy battery pack at the base lowers the center of gravity considerably and protects its SUVs against rollovers as well.

    The mistake this dude made was trying to commit suicide and kill everyone else in a Tesla of all cars.

    Should have gone with a Ford or Kia instead lol

    I mean Tesla panels don't even line up right from factory so I'm sure atleast the car can still be used without anyone noticing....

    I think the intent is he wanted to kill everybody
    Which seems insane it’s not like his life was going downhill on the surface
    a young doctor with a family living in a nice neighborhood in California and driving a nice car

    Terrible story. Clearly some major mental health issues and good to hear noone was actually killed.

    Other than potential fires and people thinking a Tesla is fully self driving they have a pretty good safety record. Just to note most new recent models of cars are very safe compared to 20 year ago. Airbags and crumple zones have vastly improved car safety even in very severe crashes.
