    Cleveland signs Damon Jones to (let's say) 5m 4yrs and trades

    Damon Jones and Diop
    for Maurice Taylor

    Why are u so high on Damon Jone...he's just a scrub, a bench player at best.

    Yeah, but Considering Fisher, Daniels and someother capeble PG are off the Market he Certianly seems the most attractive Option. unless you want Gaines and Lue running the show?..

    If i am not mistaken, a S&T only works with the team that the player was under contract for, and not when a team signs the player from FA directly. Like in this case, a S&T would only work between Houston and Milwaukee.

    Correct, Cleveland could not sign and trade Jones.
