The guy who was on the team that lost the last seven years is the x-factor. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad.

 

I love it. Pay the same guy a ton more and THAT is the key to winning.

Keeping Judge after a historically good season he almost certainly will never match again is how they improve LOL

 

I was just reading some comments from Yankees fans about Aaron Judge winning make athlete of the year. I get it he played poorly in the playoffs but so did many who went up against the Stros. I just don’t get why they’re heaping that much hate on him. I think at one point last season he was their offense.

If Judge is willing to put up with that much hate just to play in the Bronx then good for him. He could still be earning a lot of money someplace where the fans are more appreciative.

And therein lies the problem for the Yankees.

His likeliness to stay healthy can't be counted on.

I got his O/U on HRs at 43. That's not gonna get the Yankees back to even where they were last year.
