    Team USA has actually not qualified for the World Cup next year yet. FIBA changed the structure and (stupidly) decided that the Olympic winners were not auto-qualified and so USA has had to send basically g-leaguers down to play qualifying games.

    Long story short, I believe they play 2 games in Feb or March or something and still time for NBA players to sign on although it would be in the middle of the season.

    We're not playing for anything we should send him, it would likely give him a spot for the World Cup team later this season as usually loyalty is awarded with selection.

    Play physical as **** because they know the refs won't call everything, flop like a fish any time an opponent retaliates. Why does the league ALWAYS rewards teams that do this?

    As soon as a team gets a rep as a good defensive team nobody ever gets called for fouls
