I had my fair share of competing at elite levels in sports. I've also coached in multiple sports. Take that for what it's worth. Sengun has great anaerobic conditioning. He's explosive and nobody can doubt that. Anaerobic conditioning and aerobic are two different things. You can chalk up some of his foul issues to reaching or not being completely vertical while tired. Seriously though, if you want to debate, you're barking up the wrong tree.
Journalists write and aren't necessarily sports/fitness experts. He's still playing a lot of minutes at a high level. Your taking my comments way out of proportion.
I meant a journalist can ask Sengun if conditioning is an issue for him or not. Or just ask Silas what he thinks or knows. That’s much better than just speculating, don’t you think?
Can you give some more detail into why you think he has an aerobic conditioning issue? Something beyond him putting his hands on his knees? I'm not trying to debate because I have very little to offer other than "he looks fine to me" when he plays big minutes. I'd be interested to read some elaboration here.
