The team seem to have no concept of feeding the 'hot hand'. This is just basic team play/awareness. I don't know if it's deliberate, but it seems more of a mindset of, 'it's my turn, I don't want to miss out' So many things the team needs to work on, feels like a lonnggggg road, but hopefully things eventually click / we get a new coach.
once again in another game whether it's smith sengun or green. our point guard kpj refuses to feed the hot hand, but according to @Bobbythegreat since KPJ had a good efficient game apparently he is absolved of any criticism.
Clearly the zone took away his greatest attribute .. You can get off a contested step back 3 when no one is guarding you..
This team is baffling at times, but some of that is on Green too. He needs to stay aggressive when he’s hot.
LOL you dont get to win championships by being hopeful and not doing even the simplest fundamentals of bb right
Really? Bc Jalen had plenty of touches in the 4th, but the zone wouldn’t allow him to do anything. Also, KPJ was the hot hand lol. If anyone is to blame, it’s Silas
This is cherry picking stats. If Green would've taken more shots and we lost he would've pulled out some other player that didn't get enough shots. Green touched the ball plenty to close out the game. We really lost because of the turnovers and inability to get defensive stops. The Magic won the game at the free-throw line last night.
Our best player is Alpi. But Green is our best guard scorer, so he should get shots in the 4th quarter.
Because KPj TS% was 76.3 and 31 points.....WTF are we talking about? https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask?q=kevin+porter+jr.+ts%+12/21/22
