So it's just an arbitrary thing for you then?

If we call him the SF he did amazing, if we call him the PG is all his fault with the exact same performance?

I know if anyone not named KPJ had that exact performance we'd be hearing different things about it... so I'm thinking bias has quite a bit to do with that perception.

Silas does SOME good in terms of developing a young team.
However, the bad obviously far outweighs the good - He seems completely lost when things go bad.
I wish he resigned but there is no such thing in the NBA. And because he lost his father they are not going to fire him.
But hopefully at the end of this year we get a Stan van Gundy or some veteran coach.
Lucas is not the answer..

Orlando had to win 7 outta 8 games to improve to an incredible 12-21 after squeaking out tonight’s game

 

KPJ needs a permanent holiday from the Houston Rockets.

 

Any team with KPJ and Silas is going to always lose.

 

What happened to your patience? After all, this is only Silas’ first year, no wait, 2nd year, no, 3rd year as a head coach? Sorry, got mixed up with KPJ’s year count.

 

It is amazing how we are the only team in NBA history to be impacted by the holidays.

How about KPJ and Kysre or whatever her name is just **** off to a cabin in the woods, enjoy their holidays and never come back?

 

**** the holidays, yall are professional basketball players. Every day is a ****ing holiday! Now obviously yes, they do have a lot of people to take care of and social obligations, but still.

But young guys will be young guys, and all we old guys can do is be frustrated and cheer them on.

At this point I feel so bad for sengun for having to deal with this ****. He's got great composure. I would have lost it by now if I was him.

 

I would love to move Sengun back to PF and Smith over to SF … we switch on D majority of time but I rather match length then have Gordon out there half assing it.

kpj as the point guard and defacto primary distributor failed at his job at directing the offense and breaking the zone. nobody is spinning a narrative, kpj is the point guard and he failed at his job to break the zone.

anybody trying to ignore that is just being a stan.

 

I think Sengun needs to spend his entire off-season learning how to shoot the 3. The fact that no one respects his shot is something that is holding him back quite a bit.

Silas doesn't know how to break a zone.. And I'll never forgive him.

 

It’s not arbitrary because nobody else is playing point. If KPJ put up these numbers, turnovers included, whilst let’s say Lowry or Cassell or whoever was running the show, we definitely would have won the game. So there’d be nothing to complain about besides the careless passing. The problem is that KPJ is putting up these stats without another player out there that is actually controlling the game—and in terms of controlling the game I think you can agree that KPJ has massive room for improvement.

Am I biased against KPJ? Maybe so. I wasn’t at the beginning of the season, as my posts clearly show, but watching him this year has made me like his game less and less. It’s not just me, either. A lot of neutral to positive people have been changing their tune on him, and that can’t just be on us, right?
