if you don't fire Silas you are full send to the tank. Trade Gordon first, give Silas 10-15 more games to see what he does Post Gordon. If he does well then you wait till the end of the season. If continues bad choices and refuses to adapt then you fire him before All-Star break. As tough as it may seem, It might be good for the young players to see action MID SEASON since they love Silas. It should be a big wake-up call that no one is safe and they need to start performing.
Ive been "crying fire Silas grrr" proudly for over a year. That doesnt fit your narative of being an only fan. In my case who exactly am I an only fan of? Is it Sengun, TyTy or Jalen? None of whom were here the first time I uttered the words "Fire Silas".

I hate using the word nepotism because some nepotism kids actually earned it and work hard. Silas is the definition of nepotism.
