Calling Die Hard a X-mas movie is a stretch.

This movie conflicts me. It is one of my favorite movies ever, yet I hate Costner's performance in it. Strange.

 

His range as an actor is not very dynamic.

Seeing as Die Hard existed about a decade before Harry Potter was ever published I dare say the whole Harry Potter franchise is a Die Hard and Star Wars ripoff.

 

Best one there is, when men were real men, not these flaky action heroes of nowadays.

 

Yee, when men where white and it was STILL OKAY to be going BALD AS ****, before Elon and Brady started getting hair plugs, GRATZs, merrry xmas DieeeeehardddddtttTTTTsst

 

As a minority myself and fully alive during those times, let me just say, action heroes of nowadays are reaaal flaky. Daniel Craig went from gritty Bond to flaky Bond in the process of 5 movies and he is super white. They can cast Idris Elba as Bond and as long as they continue with flaky stories they will never match the manliness of the 80's action heroes.

Without that line and scene, this would not be a xmas movie.

 

Nope.

 

More Xmas than Die Hard.

 

Plenty of snow and Christmas trees in that scene, that's for sure.
