Also someone needs to fix Green's scissor kick on his jumper.

 

The funny thing was we had both Brewers.

Corey and Ronnie Brewer who deteriorated fast.

 

If Jalen gets a 50 pointer I want someone to photoshop him twirling the cane with a monocle like we did with Brewer.

 

He needs to turn it around in some respects because he lost his shooting efficiency this year, worse than last year which is not a good sign.

you guys are missing the point. Green needs to be just "good enough" from 3 so that defenders don’t back off of him too much. His strength is speed and explosiveness, he just needs to be respectable from 3.

I like him a LOT more than last year, he’s a lot more aggressive, he’s getting to the cup, getting fouled, and he is impacting the score.

Last year he would have a hot-shooting night from time to time and people here would be going all ooohhh and aaaahhhs, but he didn’t impress me at all, way tooo meek and passive.

Bottomline for me: I would take 1-6 3pts/12-14 FT line over 5-9 3PT/ 0-0FT line any day of the week.

 

I don't want to bet against Jalen Green and have to root against him... But he's 0-6 since you typed this.

Your brain is squirrel like. We have a large enough sample size of him being a good shooter. He'll more than likely get out of the funk.

 

Even the TV station hates Sengun they cut his promo short!!

 

It's like 1/3 of last season being a good shooter 2/3 bad.

So far this season it's just all bad. Last 3 nights a combined 2-19

 

1/3rd of a season of a guy in his second year. Do math. He's shooting 32% from three with this bad of a stretch this month. He was shooting around 35% before that stretch. Not horrendous. Not great.

 

1-7, 1-6, 0-6 is beyond not great. It's volume bad. 32% is gone, he's heading to sub 30ville unless he turns it around

 

It's 32% before this game. One game doesn't drop it below 30%

 

It says 31.8 - I don't know if that's as of tonight or not

Either way it's bad.

 

Jalen just missed a wide open Tari and tried a circus drive instead. Kid needs to be benched for the rest of the night - he can’t shoot and he’s playing super selfishly. Worst game I’ve seen from him this season - even if the stats aren’t necessarily the worst.

This team is screwed without a real leader and nope all these young guys aren't it.

Its still nice if they win a game or two for a change but they get right back to playing useless ball.
