He was getting a lot of love from the Heat broadcast. "One of the best rookies if not the best." only to be followed by annoying gunshot sound every time Herro made a three.

Jabari in the post is needed.

fun talk: Jalen said once he’s strong and comfortable he’s got moves in the post he’s studied from Kobe and MJ.(meaning Jalen himself)

The people who were calling Jabari a bust just a few weeks ago are a buncha busters and need to be busted up.

If only this weren't an entirely predictable lesson that every member of this forum should have learned last year with Jalen.

Really, it boggles the damn mind

He was 5-7 on two pointers. He had an off shooting night from beyond the arc, but you know, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson have those also. Were you in here after last game raving about him going 3-3 from 3? So he's 4-10 in his last 2 games, that's 40%, not too shabby right ? So anytime he does anything not ideal you'll be in here questioning it? :D He's a 19 year old young forward he will have ups and downs but so far he's been decent especially as of late.

    Ohhhhh but what about...

So far Jabari has shown everything I hoped he would - just not consistently and not everything together in one game.

    - great defense
    - above average rebounder
    - great at shooting threes
    - developing mid rang shots, that are not just pull ups
    - working in the post with different moves
    - driving to the basket and finishing strong

Those last three points are the keys for him if he wants to be more than a great role player. I do believe he has all the tools to be great in those areas as well, but here he needs to work the most. And looking at the last couple of games it seems like he is working on them right now.

It's fun watching Jabari continue to get better, but maybe not too much better, at least not this season.

    :)

Nobody could beat Buster Douglas after he had 13 seconds to get up from being knocked down.

    Just stop.

Is he gonna be traded for a player the caliber of T Mac?

Are we getting Ja because I would pack his bags for him if so.

Its crazy that you think anybody would care if we got a true Franchise type player by trading KPJ and that would prove that KPJ has the value all some think he has, so it would prove the point.

You really did not think this out did you?

I agree with this but KPJ is the starting point guard so standards are a little different.

Yes, I have come in here to post about his good shooting when he does it. I’ve noted his fine as is if he can just hit his open shots.

A point should be the example. Set the tone for sure, but as a unit, a team, everyone should play smart.
