COVID is not a nothing burger to my good friend who has surprisingly developed MS in her 50s. According to her doctors at the Mayo Clinic, This is becoming more common in folks who have had COVID. From what I understand, attacking COVID in the body opens up pathways for MS to "escape". Elon Musk can take his retweet of the nothing burger comment and shove it up his ass.
You misunderstood the tweet. He didn't say Covid is a nothingburger. He said liberals will try to dismiss the upcoming revelations about how Fauci tried to discredit other scientists as a nothingburger.
That's good salesmanship. Try to counter objections before they arise. You'd be STUPID to think this tobacco can kill you. Now that that's framed and positioned in my favor. On to "our" study. Then the close. GOOD LUCK.
It's interesting that leftists are jumping the gun to defend Fauci before the facts from Twitter are even revealed. It's like facts don't even matter.
You misunderstood. The tactics so far aren't very different from the pillow guy saying the big drop is next month. Tell you what, when Musk does his big drop, I will consider it if it's not selective "facts" to selective folks. As the former CEO of Twitter said, dump it all, now.
He's not saying covid is nothing burger but that what he revealed will be seen as that. Musk thinks that the left is the reason why his huge revelation of the Twitter files that were supposed to prove the Gov suppression of speech through Twitter (Hunter Biden) is mostly a nothing burger. He's so biased and so blind that he doesn't realize he's not being transparent, that his filtering (releasing certain material to certain journalists) is not transparent, and thus critical thinking folks would expect some bias. And even with that, what he released is still mostly a nothing burger. Instead of understanding that, his reaction is to just 'blame the left'. With that now done, he's expecting the same reaction, with the same flawed logic and bias. And so he does what he has been doing recently. Perform a marketing tweet targeted to a selective audience (it's also known as echo-chambing between him and his supporters). It's no surprise that those folks now echo each other about how the left is hysterical about upcoming releases when most of the left is probably just whatever.
Companies do not release internal emails to the world. Musk is no different. He's not going to ever release his company's internal work emails to the public. He probably would take legal action against any employee (under NDA) that do leak internal emails to the public. Now that he's releasing the "previous company" internal emails, the former CEO asked him to release it all. But he hasn't done that. My previous points remain the same.
