I doubt they would have come back from a 2 goal differential but they are by far the mentally strongest side. They plan to survive on draws and minimalism.
I think Costa Rica did this 8 years ago and it's ugly because Croatia got so much going for themselves when they beat Canada 4-1 and then they just started their minimalistic ways.
Brazil was also way too forward on that Croatia goal. Like I don't know what they were doing but how do you get hit with a counter attack in that situation? There should have been zero chance of that happening. It was immaturity/arrogance that cost them. Thought that this game was done at 1-0.
That is why I love the nature of Argentina, the Gauchos are more European but don't play fast paced. Brazil is emotional rollercoaster like those Samba tittays.
