@Clutch needs to make a Phoe-NIX t shirt to commemorate Daishen's Total Eclipse of the Suns last Friday.
Silas, KPJ and Nix are our tank commanders. (And Jabari for the moment, but that's only until he figures it out and his shots start falling - not worried about him.) So maybe the plan is for them to help us rack up enough losses to solidify our chances at a top 2 pick...and once that's secured, to move on from all of them.
LOL so many clever plans....if they so smart then just draft well and develop...never gonna lead to wining anything...its just shows they dont know ball
this is why tanking never works...young players get to get PT only when its their time to be traded away..... meanwhile miami gets to the finals and a shot from finals with undraftees, late frps and second rounders
A lot of people would be playing better if they got some more minutes...and Nix comes from a very very low level.
That's a bold statement to make. He can't handle traps, commits unforced turnovers, passes up open shots, loves doing "Ole" for offensive players, I could go on. I can't even identify a marginal improvement. Maybe someone else can chime in because I really don't know what the heck you are seeing that I'm not seeing.
I am also curious what else he's seeing. Because, in addition to everything you said, he's a low-effort player who could not be bothered to go after a loose ball even if within 3 feet of him.
On the Lowe post today Jonathan Givony was on and they led the pod talking about the Rockets. When it came to Nix, they were both dumbfounded and struggled to say anything because there's literally nothing positive to say. Givony did call him out for being too fat which I enjoyed. Other stuff, just fyi: Spoiler They think there's way too much Gordon They want the ball in KPJ's hands less (Givony is fully out on KPJ, Lowe is not quite there) Both think this isn't a good situation for Jabari Both enjoy watching Tari Both think, overall, the Rockets are a chore to watch due to poor ball movement and low IQ plays Lowe wants more Sengun playmaking
The majority of clutchfans feels this way besides the few that continue to believe in this **** KPJ PG experiment. Yesterday's game, for as good as defense as he played, plus scoring and taking the contact, just continued to show his poor judgement when he has the ball in his hands. Holds on too for to long, rarely makes the right play, etc etc. I want KPJ on the Rockets, I just don't want him as our PG. I won't be heartbroken if they get rid of him, and I do actually he has good potential, he just isn't a PG. And no, I'm not wanting a pure PG either, I'm not asking for that, I just need someone that can ****ing keep the ball from getting sticky (fire Silas).
