I wish OpenAI GPT/Dall E could do "a highlight video of Usman Garuba's last 3 weeks of offensive touches set to Benny Hill song"

Garuba has a lot of people eating crow .... myself included.

Last year he couldn't get out from under the last chair on the bench, I was wondering if he was an NBA athlete .... now he's looking like a solid contributor.

With young guys, you have to be patient - that's the only thing I've really learned in 40 years of watching basketball. It's the reason I haven't yet given up on Nix.

Garuba needs a pg to set him up for ez buckets. He really can't do much on offense beside giving solid passes.

You really should. You have trash players in the NBA and then you have Nix.

I can't see how he will ever be a plus player at the 5.

He's a garbage man 4 who needs to guard 3's and 4's and play alongside a stretch 5 with length. Something we don't have on our team.

Lol if you're a defensive specialist who needs to be protected on defense and

you are a giant negative on offense

    - come on down to htown we got a spot for ya!

Totally disagree. He's an elite defensive 5 in the making, would look great on a contender off the bench. There are no defense-only players who are going to look good on a team defense that breaks at the point of attack, on the wings and at the anchor position. There's no anchor who's going to carry this ship except a current DPOY level player (which he's obviously not). This is a horrible situation for him.

When the defense is bad, everyone looks worse defensively. That's why bad/mediocre defenders on great defensive teams have inexplicably high advanced defensive stats. I read in another thread Larry Bird's career advanced defensive stats are not too far from Scottie Pippen's. That made me laugh.

He's 9 of 22 (40%) from 3pt range on the season. Let's see how far we can push that. If he can hit 33% on 2 attempts that makes him so much more useful.

Dude is the least of our problems and improving at a normal pace for a big man. I think he's a perfect affordable backup C for Sengun down the line. My only issue with him is that he seems to lose motivation too easily based on the situation and he should have dropped more weight by now.

Elite defensive 5 in utterly outclassed by.... Mark Williams, who looked like Lew Alcindor in High School.

People like you who overhype our collection of losers by drilling further into the Earth's core in order to set the bar to clear are more or less harmless but apparently they hold sway in the Rockets front office.

He played great at the European championships. Defended well, passed well, rebounded well. Also, he is only 20.

I'm seeing the next Draymond follow up getting dunked into the toilet in a career night by... Mark Williams...

.. get destroyed by ... Nathan Knight, and then fall down on the court, with nobody near him, while trying to... dribble?

@Mathloom need you or Disney Gary Clark to explain how no actually this is good
