When did it become garbage time? Because the whole 4th looked horrible with Silas rotations. Or when they started pulling away, why keep Jabari and sengun on the bench with fouls? Silas allowed the garbage time to happen with his rotations, and Denver had no reason to put their starters in when Silas conceded the game so early.
I was trolling you. Everyone knows . Apache . Fears . No . One . Backs . Down . From . No . Man. You are a harmless, little nobody that brings nothing but a lousy opinion and no facts to back it up. But thank you for your support for the Rockets. The world needs all types and the Rockets need losers to go along with us winners.
Dawg BECAUSE THEY PLAY A LOT ALREADY. Its not that valuable. They all play plenty. Its not worth the injury risk either. ALSO ....WE ARE TANKING. Also we are playing Denver again at high altitude. Plus it was like our third game in like 4 nights.
Bro THOSE ARE REGULAR ROTATIONS. Goon squad got eaten alive by DeAndre Jordan and friends. Do you know how bad that is? Very bad. We were down 20, its pointless. If someone got injured during that time, then everyone would be blaming him for playing them in a blow up. Bro this is straight insanity. You guys have to think rationally.
Just gonna have to agree to disagree because I don’t agree with any of this. Playing all your starters under 30 minutes is not “enough already”. More is better. It’s not plenty. I disagree that it’s not valuable. And I really don’t understand the “injury risk” logic at all, if minutes aren’t worth injury risk then why play them at all? Why play them in the first quarter? Normally we’re on the same page with most topics but I’m like a total 180 from you on this one.
I like to believe that once u are down a sht ton of points it better to limit the mins of certain key players to avoid any injuries. Nothing is sadder to lose a player out for a year in a game where they are down 20-30 pts. Sure u get the short term benefit of that extra 10 mins of gametime, but long term wise it ain't smart.
Im really talking overall. They play a lot already. Jalen averages more minutes than Ja Morant in his second year and like a minute less than Trae in his second year. Sengun is like a 1.5 minutes below what Jokic was in his second year as well. Its really in consequential over an 82 game season in which we are tanking as well. I mean....I understand what you are trying to say but, like you want to at least play them when the game is close and not when its already over, right? Like...8 minutes down 20 in the 4th in Denver is basically a lost cause no? Lmao I know we are usually on the same page, and I understand you dont like Silas and maybe he you are right, he isnt the coach of the future. But I just feel this particular topic is weird to get mad about imo.
You are weak. You just didn't like me tearing down the narrative of TS% average in the league is .574 but that PF and Centers tend to have a higher TS% because they crash the boards and get easy layups or tip-ins. TS% KPj in the last 4 games has an average TS% of .558 which is higher than the league average of .551 for PG's this yr according to Statmuse. In those last 4 games (I state that G4 has taken a greater role) Jalen Green is .708 TS%. Sengun in the last 9 games is .560 TS%. Centers this year average .627 TS%. In the last 4 games Sengun is .593 TS%. https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask?q=average+ts%+for+centers+in+22/23 Turnovers KPj Last 9 games: 15.6 TOV% G4 Last 10 games: 17.3 TOV% Sengun Last 9 games: 21.3 TOV% Both Sengun and KPj have missed one game in that span. I predicted before season KPj could reach that 57 (TS%) and 14 (TOV%) and I believe he will as G4 and Sengun get more touches, now that Jabari/Mathews are hitting.
Yeah, I feel like a cat toying with a mentally challenged mouse. I would like to give him the Classic Blunder line of never arguing with Apache Warrior on CF's. The other being, never get involved in a land war in Asia. But he's just sad.
