despite the rings wade, harden has him beat everywhere else, harden is universally seen as a top 25 player in league history as is wade. But i would argue harden has had more higher mvp level seasons. Harden to me is the 3rd greatest sg over wade because not only his advanced numbers, peaking higher, but harden was the more versitile player

Man you must have thought Durant, Kobe, Mcgrady, Booker, AI, were all projected to be below replacement level players when at 20.

Wade got Shaq his second season, now it wasn't the version Kobe had but was still good for 20/10 nightly drawing double teams

Kobe got drafted(traded to) by 50 win team who just inked prime Shaw and they still took their lumps before breaking thru in year 4 which is why Kobe was so young when he won first ship being he entered the league at 17

Iverson had individual success but his teams sucked first few seasons before reaching the playoffs around 99/00 season

Every player has a diff. path but outside of Magic J most rookies have to go thru the grinder early on relating to high team success but they showcase their individual and put the league on notice

Which Green did late last season by doing something that hasn't been done since rookie AI(who broke Wilts rookie record at that time)

cp3 got credit for the suns turnaround because he has the nba machine behind him, look at how jj redick, went at beverely because he called out cp3 for getting blown out on espn by an inferior team in the mavs. CP3 is a protected player. Im supposed to think that cp3 a guy who has choked his entire and more 2-0 leads than any atg in recent memory is the reason why the suns had a turn around. Like i said the suns were already on the way up with or without cp3

none of those players were on a team that has had the worst record in the league outside of durant, but ive never been high on kd as a guy who can carry a team by himself. He has always been the modern day george gervin to me

They are only scared of it now because he is young, but all that will run its course if he doesn't deliver and all his bad defense/being fat will come out in droves

Or maybe htown demands more and Dallas is just happy to be in the mix

When you are clutch city, that is a connection to ships/winning big

Which Harden had his moments and blunders, regardless how dividing the fan base was

Each had valid points, some more over the top than others, it is what it be

Or they reveal people's basic misconceptions regarding statistical and mathematical models in general such as accounting for confounding factors such as Green plays A LOT more consistent minutes on a young bad team and he mostly plays those minutes against the opposing team's starters while Sengun plays a lot more minutes than Green against the opposing bench and the fact that young guards on poor teams are going to struggle with advanced stats more than young bigs. Young guards are tasked with picking up more aspect of the game such as reading all three levels of the defense(perimeter, mid, paint).

Sixers had the 2nd/8th overall picks after acquiring AI so they sure wasn't burning up the win column

Kobe got draft day traded to 50 win team who just acquired Shaq plus had all star caliber players on the roster so they were not going to be a bottom feeder

KD OKC era is what Stone is trying to emulate lowkey

Had the Sixers drafted better around Iverson, they would had Tmac and one of Dirk/Pierce which would have ran the east back then with that HOF big 3

According to advanced stats, Jabari Smith and Jalen Green are two of the five worst players in the league. We must trade them for Scottie Barnes and Herb Jones. Advanced stats say they are better players and I trust the advanced stats.

So Cp3 can't be credited for the Suns major turn around and still not so called choke in the playoffs?

Sounds alot like Harden who kept the Rockets relevant and in the postseason and then choked in his WCF trips

The faces of the NBA are usually protected, just as the franchise superstar players are protected by that said organization, until the player wants out then the dirt comes out leaking to the media, as it did with Harden

Oh don't get me wrong, Beard is my second favourite player of all time. I'm just about done with people b****ing and whining because our current players aren't in the same mould, especially when they're trying to negate somebody who's legitimately above him in the greatest SG's of all time lists, and will likely stay so and use that as the argument why our guys are "trash" or whatever else. If people want to suck off Harden at the expense of the current Rockets, why not go be a 6ers fan and carry on over there? The team will ALWAYS be #1 for me over the players.

Green has multiple season's worth of highlights in a quarter of a NBA season.

Who cares about advanced numbers. At the end of the day it's not about having the highest true shooting percentage or whatever advanced junk there is, at the end of the day all that matters is last team standing. Wade has that, harden does not.

Damn dude, life has been so hard for you. You're right, you shouldn't post on the Rockets side anymore. This is too much, how dare they do this to you?

The rest of us were busy being brainwashed by watching the actual games along with the advanced stats. How silly of us.

Before you go can you send a letter to Stone and cc Morey about how they have destroyed this organization by not fully understanding and implementing a stats-based system? They should know man. We can't leave them like this.
