    Walmart shooting live updates: Worker at Chesapeake, Va., store kills 6 people
    At least six other victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, including one person who was in critical condition Wednesday afternoon, city officials said.

    What we know about the Virginia Walmart shooting
    • Six people were killed Tuesday night at a Walmart store in Chesapeake, Virginia. At least six others were rushed to hospitals for treatment
    • The shooter, an employee at the store, died from what authorities believe is a self-inflicted gunshot wound
    • Officials have not determined a motive, but a senior law enforcement official told NBC News the suspect was a disgruntled employee

    It makes you want to keep yours kids home. All it takes is one man with a gun and the desire to harm to permanently injure or murder another.

    It's been a hard couple of years. We saw a rise in domestic violence and less of these things now the craziness is manifesting.

    Eleven years as an employee at Walmart and is 31 and an overnight team lead at one of the most difficult places to work there is.

    Something tells me that played a pretty big part. Regardless he's still a POS.

    There's *A LOT* of people in this country with mental issues that could make them snap and lash out, and the gun industry is more than happy to protect their rights and sell them guns.
