    Not Bootlegged
Actually money out of your account.
    I don't think I have actually paid for music in a couple of decades . . .

I bought Jeff Beck's Live at Ronnie Scott's. I know I've purchased something else, but that's all I can come up with right now. Incredible LP.

I still buy CD's...so, last week! :) It's basically a nostalgic hobby at this point. I have over 3.5k albums, much to my wife's chagrin.

I keep a "To Buy" list that I regularly update and just search ebay, discogs, local record stores (which are like my holy place) and wait for the right price, then cross them off the list. The used prices have definitely gone up the past 2-3 years. Not sure if it's inflation or an actual increase in demand. Probably 75% of what I buy is older/used, but I'll also buy 30-40 new CDs every year, but that's on a steady decline as I become less and less interested in newer music.

I also pick up the occasional vinyl, but it has to be something I really want. Prices are ridiculous. I don't have a streaming service, but my entire collection is ripped to a digital library. Still have 2 iPod classics for on the go.

But to answer the question, the last music I bought was a compilation of unreleased songs from the 90s band, Failure.
