Nope. Silas has a much higher standard and wants to leave his mark in NBA lore.
    Rockets gonna go for 2-80.

Embarassing is having the worst NBA record for 3 years straight for the first time in history.

Embarassing is getting your first gig as a head coach 20 years after getting to the NBA (through nepotism) and doing this with that opportunity.

While u do see player development in Sengun, Green and Garuba. U can only wonder how those players, JC, and the rookies would shine under a competent coach with an actual game plan.

Man desire to transform his favorite son, KPJ into the next harden/luka is severely hindering further player development of the other said players.

It's quite impressive that sengun, green and garuba are able to grow as players even when they are still not prioritize by Silas. Hopefully Smith can do the same, Eason is already contributing with a limited mins.

clutchfans would b eatin so much crow if this KPJ pandering by silas actually pays off and he becomes the next harden but im skeptical like GM Stone.

I have no doubt that Silas looks promising to become a mediocre coach by age 60.

It's not just nepotism, he has great contacts among peers but he isn't a good coach.

Astros had 2 managers/coaches during their 100 loss seasons. It wasn't until Hinch came in that they finally had a winning record. Brad Mills and then Bo Porter both led them to 100 loss seasons. Looks like we're in the "Brad Mills" phase of the rebuild.

It’s amazing that this clown has lasted this long. Even Brett Brown with the process 76ers had better winning percentage through 2 seasons.

Yeah, Jalen Green and KPJ will never be the best backcourt in the NBA. This reminds me a lot of the Steve Francis/Cuttino Mobley backcourt that looked good on paper, but in actuality was not a great back court.

Maybe Jalen Green someday will be part of the best backcourt in the NBA but it won't be with KPJ starting next to him. It is just not a good mix.

His job was to tank and he tanked. I just hate seeing such a smiley faced **** after his squad loses.

Yeah, I agree and have said that for a while now about the Cat and Steve comparison.

How is Casey on a bigger hot seat than Silas?

Maybe the Pistons just have sucked for much longer I guess.

I think you are selling Green short by comparing him to those two guys. Neither was anywhere near as good as Green at 20.

And Green given the opportunity is not a selfish player. He definitely looks for his teammates. It's evident every time he has pg duties on this team.

It’s eerily similar to Francis Mobley.

He's the worst coach in the NBA.
    And everybody knows it.

And that's why we need him until about maybe the all star break? Just before then?
