What about Nene?

    ESPNews just reported that KMart has agreed with the Nuggets. Does anyone think Nene would be a good fit on the Rockets and, if so, what would you trade to them for him?

    Maybe A. Griffin & Pike for Nene & J. Barry (s&t)?

    Dont know how the contracts matchup up but they need depth at the 2 & 3.

    i read some where that nene would be headed to NJ in a S&T if kmart does indeed sign with the nuggs.

    I think they'd want a little bit more than Griffin and Pike for Nene. We really don't have anything they would want, outside of future 1st rounders. Even then we'd have to give up a rotation player that they could use, and we really don't have any.

    I think he is a pretty good fit on just about any team. And no, they are not going to give him up for trash. BTW No insult ment to Griffin or Pike, but they are both parts picked up after the hot free agents were overpaid. Denver sees Nene as a serious building block for the future. Kind of an Eddie Griffin without the baggage.

    What is Nene's contract worth? Would the TE be valuable to Denver or do they have the funds to sign Camby to a 50-60 mill contract and still give the max to kmart?

    what about tschiktisvili or however the hell you spell it? If they sign Camby, Kmart, Nene, seems to me they are a little oladed as well. I'd be gald to take this kid off their hands!!

    I think Nuggets fans are perfectly content with a three-man rotation of KMart, Camby, and Nene at the power positions. If they land KMart, there's no reason why they would have to dump Nene in the foreseeable future.

    But Nene at the four would be pretty sweet.

    He was a #5 overall... 7 fter.... I'd give him a shot we could use him as our future 4. Its not like we have had a recent draft pick, lets see if we can steal that one away from Denver. Last season he got little pt and now w/kmart he will most likely see none!

    Nene will be better than Kmart...the nugs are making a mistake if they do a S&T for Kmart.
