Weirdly enough, the Astros have not lost a Game #5 in the World Series.... like ever. (3 for 3)

What is his batting average swinging at the first pitch?

Unless it’s a double in the gap
    Then we will celebrate it.

Isn’t wheelers velocity down? They’re saying his arm is blown

Nothing more I want than Verlander to be the Cy Young we’ve seen all year.

Here’s your chance to cement your Word Series legacy.

He’s the “tentative” starter for game 6 per the Phillies.

it means he’s not feeling so hot and they aren’t 100% sure that there best pitcher all season will be ready to go in what will be there biggest game of the year.

    Pivotal game
We win tonight and Astros are in incredible shape.
Let’s start the worst WS pitcher of all time to get the job done.

… and I’m all for it.
    Get it done Verlander!

Here's hoping Verlander pitches well and gets his first WS win. He knows his numbers suck and wants to prove to everyone he can pitch when it matters. I don't want him to over think it and want him to stay relaxed. If he gets in trouble, stay calm and don't panic and make another mistake. Hopefully he redeems himself. Also Syndergaard is good but not the same as his NY days. And yes most of the bullpen has been shutting the Astros down but they need to take advantage of today. Game 6 is Wheeler and who knows if the extra day off helps his velocity. If it does, it'll be hard. And a potential game 7 is Suarez who shut them down in game 3.

Let's have a happy flight back to Houston!

    Two things from pregame.

    I actually like Bryce Harper.

Justin Verlander is very accountable. I love it.

    Seriously!

Aside from Brandon Marsh, this Phillies team is tough to hate on. Oh, and Robertson. **** that guy.
