Banchero is undersized. 5 months younger, 3 cms shorter. Banchero plays with Cole Anthony,Franz Wagner, Sengun plays with Nix and Tate. Play Sengun with Cole+Franz and see the result.
I wouldn't think it would b fair to compare the two. Especially If they are in different draft class and different positon. It would b as lame as comparing c wood to sengun.
Paolo has superstar quality, Alperen has All Star to Star quality if used right. Also Paolo doesn't need a system to get his stats just for contention in the future. It's pretty easy to see who scores more easily.
Nope but he would do much better, also as much as I love Sengun, he doesn't have the explosion or the seemingly decent shooting like Banchero. Both are not alike in that way.
there is just like 5 month of age difference between them and both shows similar strengths and weaknesses. Banchero is PF/C. Not like apples and oranges comparison. If it’s claimed Sengun is unplayable in playoffs due to his defensive limitations, same concerns could be brought to Paolo’s case as a potential franchise player in Orlando.
That's not true at all, you can check the games to see he looks the same height as 7ft guys and also looked a tad taller than Jabari in their matchup. He's at the very least 6'11 and more likely 7ft.
Have you ever watched Paolo play honestly? He's extremely different compared to Sengun, way more dynamic and explosive plus better shooter.
Franz Wagner is the franchise player in Orlando. Same size with Paolo. Orlando has a luxury to field three 6'10" players at the same time. Hope Jabari gets better and Houston can play with two 6'11" and one 6'8" (Tari) at the same time. I like to see big small forwards, Gregor F u c k a, younger Pao Gasol (when he was playing 3 in Spain before moving to NBA), Markkanen, Franz.
Sengun is more like a marathon runner or at least mid long track and Banchero is a typical 100m short track athlete, 200 m. They might both be runners but different muscle types.
Check him next to Wendell Carter Jr, a typical 6'10". If Paolo 7 footer, should be Wendell and Franz also.
That’s legit but his efficiency isn’t better than Sengun so far. I wouldn’t really say he is a better scorer. His ball usage is also higher than Sengun so that’s why he scores more in average.
Paolo is a better athlete than Alp but Paolo isn’t explosive or overly quick. Alp is an average athlete and Paolo is an above average one, similar to Cade or Jabari. None of their games are based on athleticism. Paolo is the far better ball handler and shooter. If Alp shot and handle improves I think they’re similar type players. But I also don’t see superstar in Paolo
