Ok, I've been trying to deal with this problem and nothing seems to fix it. It seems that it freezes my internet connection and does so to any other computer on the network. I have checked using Norton (all updated), I already use Firefox, I used AdAware and Search and Destroy, I hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE and stop the system process of this file and then go on and delete it. Yet it keeps coming back... what can I do? It's extremely annoying because after some time it freezes my net connection. Ideas?

Tried, and it keeps re-generating. I delete it, wait a few seconds and it comes back... how can I tell which registry entries to delete?
Are files in System32 meant to restore after deletion? This seems to happen with every file. I delete it, wait a few seconds, and it appears again.
Does ANYBODY know what 78oRG0.exe is?!?!? It MUST be spyware, but I can't find any info on it. It's absolutely terrible to my system, although the worst happened twice today: i used ie and was about to close it and didnt wait for the last page to load to click the x because i didnt need to see whatever page it was. well, when i did that, an absolute stampede of ever-loading windows pops up (i assume of the same site), but they never load because within SECONDS it goes to 35+ windows. and of course it takes ALL of my resources so im absolutey screwed. i got so frustrated that i broke my already broken mouse. but i had to do the forbidden -- i flipped the power surge button while on. please PLEASE somebody has to know a solution to this!!! (its not a BIG deal to me, but other users ont his xp computer dont use netscape so it would be hell for them!)
