That's what I'm thinking too. Dude has been on a milk carton for 2 and a half series now.

I would do Vasquez over Maldy for both his hitting and catching. Maldy has caught very 2 bad games so far. And their wasn't much adjustment from him or talking to the pitchers when JV and LMJ were getting shelled. Plus Vasquez caught Javier against the Yanks and they didn't give up a single run.

Was born and raised in Houston as were several previous generations of my family. As such, I’ve lived through a lot of sports disappointment and thus have no predictions for tonight’s game. Win tonight, however, and the pressures back on The Phillies

I agree, and the thing is its not like we haven't seen this. All year The Astros have had a single gear. While its a good gear and they run on automatic all year its terrible when they can't seem to shift any higher to get over the hump. Time and time again we saw The Astros get shut down by bad pitchers and bad teams. Seriously, the league could take the worst team in the national league and put them up against The Astros in a world series and if The Astros aren't clicking they are getting swept.

The trade deadline was basically non existent for The Astros, Click knew Brantley was likely not to return. He knew what The Astros needed. Everyone knew what The Astros needed. A couple of good enough hitters at 1st base and outfield that would strike pressure and fear into the opponent. This man brought Mancini and an upgraded catcher that The Astros would refuse to use. The team is the same that started the year minus Brantley.

The Astros are the better team, I know it and so does everyone else. The Astros will likely be back in it next year while Philly reverts back to mediocre and overpaying for stars. These things happen, but Click knowing damn well the entire league fandom absolutely hates The Astros still continues to turn the team into a yearly celebration of seeing them lose in the biggest stage.

Which also pisses me off because Philly chants cheaters, but they were never cheated. They didn't even make the post season in 2017. Neither did Atlanta nor Washington. The Athletics chant cheaters but they suck ass and weren't even close to getting cheated. I hope The Astros show for the first time this year they can snap out of it.

Whatever it takes. At some point midnight hits for the Phillies. We aren’t in the WS because we suck.

Man, I'm ****ing tired of everywhere the 'Stros go, they piss on them and their reputation. It will never end and that's understood.

I just want Houston to step up and make the Juice Box a place of hell for opponents and their fans.

You're kidding right? He hedges every year and makes out like a bandit either way but I'm sure he'd rather see us win.
