Why isn't Jalen Green the First Option in Last Second Shots? What is wrong with you Stephen Silas Jalen Green was the 6th option as a Spot Up Shooter, and the Stats say it his touches were 6th on the team and lowest touches for for a Rookie Last Season.
If it was just shooting a 3 I'd be fine with it but that's not what happened. Give me a KPJ step back or just give Jalen a chance to make something happen over back to back choke jobs by a guy with no future on the team
I mean...i think it's pretty ****ing comical to have seen EG from 2016 to 2022 do the same hands thrown in the air whine expecting a call after a missed layup, and in all these years it has never worked. Not once. I think it's good to laugh when you know your team is really bad and ugly to watch and seeing EGo think he would get that call was the best medicine for me. We need some respected vocal veteran locker room presence ASAP. It's not EG fault. He was never the vocal leader. He has zero place on this team and it makes no sense why he wasn't given an opportunity to play for a contender yet. Just don't send him to the Lakers or Nets.
Dude called it......result was expected. Eric is right. Nothing funny there. Just curious as to a tanking aspect
@DonKnock ’s statement about his rape accusation was trash lol. Just expected people to believe it without ever hearing getting the chance to hear the accusers story that charge is gonna follow him around
Eric Gordon > sum total of entire rest of Rockets organization. Man cares about his craft. Stone needs to do him a solid and trade him to a contender like PJ.
You can always tell the posters who don’t watch the game - the why is Sengun being taken out when he was getting roasted in High PnR … or why JG not taking the last shot when he was 4-18 and not getting any calls going to basket. EG or KPJ - - - were beer options and Porter seemed to hurt himself the 2nd fast break when he missed layup badly
Honestly, people are too busy dick riding Sengun to care. I think the guy is great but holy moly, people think he's like prime Lebron or something.
100% Jalen should be taking the shot. If the whole goal of this season is to develop our young guys, why is EGO even out there. We know what he can do. But what can Jalen do in clutch situations. He may not be the best option today but he's gotta learn at some point. Plus Jalen played a lot better in the fourth. Looked like he was getting his mojo back. Considering he started like 0-9.
I thought we should have had JG or KPJ take a 3 and go for the win, that is better for development. DD
didnt even watch the game but alperen sengun should have taken the shot...best rockets player plus a young stud that should get experience under his belt... ego should be sat down for the season hes useless and a bad influence on youngins...a chucker with an awful shot selection, poor handles and tunnel vision who doesnt give 100% every night
lmfao you have no business talking after you posted this. so basically you're gonna give advice on a game you just told everyone you were blind to. that makes 100% sense these are the type of folks cf's adamantly believe know what's best. Hey I have no idea what happened last night but this is definitely what you should have done. you would think common sense would tell someone hey i didn't watch the game last night so i'm not sure what should have been done. yet common sense isn't so common these days
In Silas' defense, if I'm TLue, I'm guessing either Green or Porter gets that final shot. Also, if EG makes the shot, this thread doesn't exist.
I’ll throw my hat in the ring and also say that Sengun is the Rockets best player at the moment. Can get abused way too easily on D though. and lol at @HP3 talking about dickriding when he’s been one of the dudes who still gargles Harden’s balls to this day. Always making excuses for his chokes.
