Nix is dead weight

We aren’t trying to win .

The dead weight actually benefits the front offices strategy .

the only detriment is the team’s mental health , but we will pick up some wins soon and feel ok .... I hope .

Nix is definitely big and he can dribble .

I am down on him but he’s a good prospect on a cheap deal . We are trying to pump him and KMJ up so we can sell high on them

Nix playing so much is basically Stone saying he's the smartest guy in the room. He probably thinks Nix is Fred VanVleet

 

Im not mad at them tryin nix out. If he panned(pans) out well we could of moved kpj to his rightful position. Now if were 30 games in and he keeps this up idk what the coaches see

 

I actually believe Nix could play if he had a system around him. He is not an ISO player he is a guy that will pass, cut, reset and pass more - but we aren't helping him at all - this is a roll the ball out and beat your man KPJ and Green offense.

Tanking is about development, not just losing. You are only hurting our lotto picks by playing Nix and setting back their development. So we lose and get Wemby and Jalen and Jabari are the same players next year because of wasted mins. We get talent but our previous talent stagnated or got worse.

 

Why do new threads keep popping up about him as if this is breaking news. The fat scrub has sucked since he got on the team somehow

just because the nix fan club posts over and over about him doesn’t change any of that. The fact that they like him solidifies he’s a scrub. Their track record of players they slob over are basically all scrubs that don’t belong in the league

 

No, Silas is dead weight. I won’t judge any of the player based on the coaching they received.

Never heard of NIX

 

Nix is clearly terrible but it's not like we have any other guy to play at backup PG with Washington hurt.

 

Nix is just not a viable rotation piece right now. He needs to get serious about his body or he’ll have a hard time sticking around when the Rockets stop tanking and bring in vets to win.

 

I don't get how he's so overweight. He actually has decent basketball sense, he is just so chunky and slow, also has a suspect shot

Watching him dribble it up and just turn it over without any pressure was so depressing.

I'd rather just give the minutes to Christopher, I'm not a fan of his either but idk why we're playing an out of shape undrafted guy over a guy we took in the first round.
