I decided to go ahead and respond regardless. Kayne is mentally ill. Everyone knows that. So you take his words with a grain of salt and actually feel sympathy for him. There's nothing realistic that comes out of his mouth from our perspective so nothing for us to be upset over. Obviously, I don't speak for every Jewish person but it's not really a major deal. It was handled behind the scenes costing him money and relationships. Over and done with.

I mean isn't this just lesson #1,000,235,205 that putting people on a pedestal is a fool's errand? It is comical how folks will die on a hill for someone because they placed them on a pedestal. The mental gymnastics and hypocrisy to keep defending politicians, athletes, CEOs, and Hollywood is incredible.

I sort of get it on the politicians since you are making a selection and forced to choose. I just can't understand why folks feel so attached to the people in the other categories. Though once a politician has outlived their usefulness, you do see people revisiting their views (which is very telling as well).
