    No idea. I guess they can go Syndergaard/bullpen game in game 3 and start him at 4 as well.

    At this very moment in time it is hard to argue with you when you say let this years AL Cy Young winner walk. But I would not be comfortable letting JV start a potential close out game. If our season was on the line in the World Series JV scares the crap out of me. Now 2017 alcs facing elimination against New York dude was nails.

    The stage is clearly too big for him. No ice water in those veins

    That was more just bad luck. It happens when more balls are put into play.

    Phillies batters are just smarter/better than Yankees.

    Manfred will make it like softball, where you can sub in/out defenders at will but the batting order stays the same.
