Okay, let me go with the obvious:

    Is Yao in?

And BTW is this the Canadian Olympic team or a regional scrub team. And if it is the Olympic team, who's playing because I don't think Nash is on the team this year.

The Canadian team is NOT a regional scrub team.

    It's a national scrub team.

Geez people please use your brain? If Yao havent gotten a point obviously means he's not playing.

that's canada's scrub team...i mean, it's our national team now...but if we were playing for something that mattered we could potentially have nash, fox, magloire all in there. oh, and in Yao's first ever international game Canada vs China -- Canada dominated. This years team doesn't have even one of the starters from last year.

what does that have to do with the game or anything for that matter?

seriously, grow up -- i have pride in my country and you don't have to play the whole "canada is just usa jr" crap. i respect most americans, but i am proud to be canadian and wouldn't want to be anything else.

Hey lighten up, if I knew you didn't have a sense of humor about these things, then I wouldn't have posted that joke.

Of course, Canada is a great country.

Bateer was great at passing in the game, setting up Yi Jianlian many times.
