Just an update... Sent out an email last night and have received multiple responses but nothing final. I'm hoping to find her a home today or tomorrow, so if you are interested, please email me at jeffb@clutchfans.net. Thanks!
So, we have someone coming by tonight to see the pup. She actually has another dog and lives only four blocks from our house. How weird is that? She found out about us through an email from a friend of a friend. Keep your fingers crossed.
Okay, I'm crossikjtgn therm nrkiew. rrrrrfgh! Seriously, good luck to the pup. Hope she puts on the serious charm. Got any breath mints for her?
My beautiful girlfriend has also fallen in love with the pup, but I only have a one bedroom apt...and three cats already. She is so softhearted she'd house every homeless pet on earth if she could. But I concur that this is a wonderful thing you are doing Jeff. I hope the doggie finds a wonderful home. Let us know how the visit went.
Dude...I'm totally loving that pup. I can't really afford it for another couple of weeks...but if you still have him then I'll give him a good home. josh@casonpoint.com
Thanks everyone for the kind words. One person visited with the puppy last night. She took the night to make a decision. There are also three others who have shown serious interest including a good friend of mine. I'm fairly certain she'll have a home by this weekend. I'll let everyone know what happens. Thanks again!
I think it is great that you helped that pup. it looks great. my girlfriend and i are getting a dog (white sheppard). i can't take your pup because we live in holland. I really hope you find her a good home. Dogs are great.
Success! Puppy found a home last night. Thanks for everyone's help. The response we got was overwhelming. She now has an excellent home.
What a GREAT looking dog! Man, if I lived in Houston that dog and I would be together at the park this very second. Excellent job, Jeff.
wow that puppy is really cute and i'm glad she found a home. 70 strays in a few years? whoa. where do you live?? i don't think i've seen that many strays in my whole life. but anyway, wow, you deserve a nobel or something.
