Pretty good signing for the Bulls. I think it's enough to at worst get them into the bottom half of the playoffs. At best, a possible #4, if they have good chemistry. Don't expect them to be ahead of the Nets/76ers/Bucs, unless injuries are involved. Though, I think they are on par with/slightly better or worse than the Knicks/Hawks/Heat. The East should be pretty strong for 2021-22.

    Top Tier:
    Nets/Bucks/76ers

    Mid Tier:
    Hawks/Heat/Knicks/Celtics

    Lower Tier:
    Wizards/Hornets/Pacers

    Wild Cards:
    Bulls/Pistons

Doesn't seem like the Bulls will offer Lavine a max.

But Bulls should be competitive in the bottom half of the Eastern playoff race for the next two seasons.

    Nikola/Lauri/DeRozan/Lavine/Ball

Possibly in the top 4 in the east.
