The guy is blowing up, has improved a ton, plays both ends, and is a perfect compliment to Jalen as our 2ndary scorer.....and will be making a lot of money very soon......great to have such a cool turnaround story......on our team. To be worth the max as an SG you gotta be an all star and I dont see that happening since he is 3rd option at best behind Green and Bari. We see average players in over crowded positions are always underpaid, for example Schroder and WCS/. Caris Levert is a good comparison, dude made 11M his first contract out of his rookie deal. Now that I think about, I will be surprised if KPJ makes more than 18M from the market.

Well, at what point would you say he's worth keeping/paying? Is the 2 good preseason games enough? You don't need any regular season games? or 5? 20? 50? If he improves massively, that's great. What scares me is he improves a little, becomes a borderline 6th-7th man, and gets paid as a starter. I care about the team over any one player.
