I understand that too. I just would have a hard time not giving him the ball back. Now, if it was Judge or a member of the Dodgers, I would 100% sell it and give them hopefully no chance of getting it back. I'd honestly rather set it on fire. I wouldn't even want it

 

I'm a little more devious than that if I had a Judge Ball. I'd auction it off with the condition that it be destroyed. I'm sure there is a market for that too.

But in reality, the way it works most of the time, the Astros will offer gifts and merchandise and sometimes even season tickets to fans who catch significant balls and when an acceptable arrangement is agreed to, give the special ball to the player. It's better PR than just having the fan give the ball back.

 

There probably is. There's seemingly a market for everything. I think it happened once but I could be wrong. I'd honestly rather run the Judge Ball over with a lawn mower of it made sure he didn't get it. Pujols would have been tough. After what happened vs Lidge (we were there) it would hurt. That said, he's a good person. I probably give it back to him if he had cared

 

Looking at the weather outside, TODAY is the reason for having a roof. MLB should make all new MLB parks have a roof. Grandfather the existing stadiums and eventually all stadiums will have roofs. Even Wrigley will eventually fall apart and no longer be fit for baseball and some would say it is there NOW.

I literally love this team.

 

I would expect a similar outcome, I predict 4-3 , but I think it will be a pretty close game and we'll get a 2-0 lead. Hopefully!

 

4 days rest for Castillo. Expect the stuff to play a little less, might be off a bit. Need to get after him early.
