KJ is a bench caliber player with a position that he can actually play, Tate is a bench caliber player that really doesn't have a position since he's too small for his skillset and too slow and terrible at shooting to fit a role for someone his size. Not being able to shoot is pretty damning for a 6'4 player who isn't a guard.
KJ is fun to watch, the way he skies for dunks and blocks and knocks down 3s at a respectable rate, but his defense is suspect and not good enough to secure starter minutes during the regular season (unless someone is injured).
If you'd left Sengun out of your post, I would have agreed with it. I don't see the connection between the two that you do.
What does that have to do with anything there, where only 10 guys probably worth anything in the entire 1st round.
every time KJ gets minutes, he produces post-ASB last year he averaged 9 and 4 on 55/42/60 splits taking 3 threes a game…still could barely get 20 minutes a game
We need to keep KJ Martin. He plays angry. Similar to his dads attitude on the court. We need to roll with Tari, Bari, & KJ. They all play hard.
Good and bad KJ MARTIN Good- Bad- athletic bball iq is low. Cool dunks. Tweener Can’t shoot Can’t dribble No post game Or faceup TO prone Gimme a 1st round pick and y’all can take him Much better prospects on our team. No need for him
Try to showcase KJM, drive up trade value, and then trade him for a 1st to free up playing time for Eason.
Exactly why I start KMJ first. KMJ is still young and on a good deal. Personally, I hold his value at a late lotto pick.
