If Tari gets 30+ min / night he is going to be be Top 3 for ROY. Shoot playing like he has since putting a Rockets jersey on in summer league and preseason he's already a shoe in for ROY.

Don’t get the Tate hate. I understand y’all love KJ but to me they have different skillsets. Tate’s ballhandling skills and playmaking are nothing to sneeze at.

 

Maybe it’s some sort of high tech method of ramping up treatment to speed recovery. Sure hope so! Great to hear that Bari’s clearly much improved.

 

Then let him come off the bench as the backup PG, just don't have him in the way of better SG's like KJ or Tari.

 

Tate is just too short. He should be a playmaking guard off the bench but he needs to shoot better.

live at the game it was so much fun. This team loves each other the chemistry is already awesome. Once they learn how to maximize each other’s strengths WATCH OUT! Jalen is so damn smooth. He’s not Thrilla no more he’s the Smooth Criminal. Tari Eason is something else. He just outworks everyone around him. His motor is insane. I can go on and on I won’t even bring up KPJ I see the vibe already no need to beat dead horses. If you see you see.

Tankers beware this team is not going to lay down. Their defense was pretty good, but it can still get better.

Aside from Nix, I thought Garuba really struggled. Precious gave him fits on defense and he looked totally outmatched trying to stay in front of him.

 

I think the fear is he becomes this year's C Wood. A PF who starts bringing the ball up because he's frustrated that the PG isn't doing a good enough job or just thinks he's good at initiating offense on his own. And when he gets the ball, too much tunnel vision and looking for his own shot. Now C Wood had a bad attitude, and I don't think we'll have to worry about that with Tate, but it's not crazy to be concerned about how he plays.

 

He looked real lean. Surprised he didn’t seem quicker. As of today the first weeds pulled from the garden would be Nix, Mathews, Harkless Hudgins and Favors. BOBAN MUST STAY!!! The crowd was going bonkers for him. Garuba will probably ride the bench until he can be more impactful. Bruno Fernando will be a vital part of the rotation and it’s crazy because I would have never guessed that.

Eric Gordon can stay if he wants to. Kpj should be tested off the bench to see if he can handle that.
