Trump still has not settled on the lie that he can sell best. Did the FBI plant the documents he stole? Or did Trump declassify those documents with his bigly mental powers? As an aside, has Europol investigated Trump’s mental powers wrt the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions? People are saying.
Judge Dearie, the special master, had said that Trump’s defense needed to actually prove the claim that the FBI had planted evidence. Judge Cannon overruled him and is essentially allowing Trump to still make that defense.

She can supersede the special master as she is the proceeding judge for the case. In order to slap her down an appeals court would need to step in. So she can make life very miserable for the prosecution if she decides to do so.
Trump would take a speeding ticket up to the Supreme Court. The fact that our system allows this level of abuse, and corruption of judges like Cannon, Thomas, etc. doesn't speak well towards our judicial system long term. I also won't be the least bit shocked when The Ginny Thomas Court actually decides to hear this one out just to continue to appease this jackoff.
