    Frustration with Mills is that he has the tools and looks very good at times. I guess it is about putting it together. I like that he hangs in the pocket, but he needs to learn how to move out of it.

    Burkhead has a useful purpose on this team, but he should be the #2 RB.

    Unfortunately for us Mills is probably going to be a guy that puts it together elsewhere on his 3rd or 4th team if he does put it together at all.

    What's so funny? There are a ton of QBs that fail with their first team and then go on to have decent careers as like veteran QBs and stop gap QBs. I mean that's like half of the QBs that are starting any given year.

    Mills actually can make most of the throws but the guy has a nervous breakdown anytime there is ANY pressure. If he can get over that mental hurdle he can be a decent QB. Nothing amazing, sure, but that wasn't my point.

    Mills can throw, he just has terrible pocket presence and gets too nervy. He fixes that he can be a decent QB.
