lol nash was playing with dirk, finley, jamison, nick van exel, and a whole host of fantastic offensive players etc under offensive guru don nelson, and then on the suns he played for mike dantoni with 7 seconds or less. I think those team offenses have less to do with nash, and more to do with the situation he was in. Dantoni in particular can make any lead guard look better than he is, see jeremy lin and raymond felton at the end of the day, these rankings are still just ONE guys opinion.
