Yeah, degenerative disc rubbing a nerve that goes down my leg. Happens a lot after walking around Lowe's or some hard concrete floor for 30 minutes or more.
Public tingling used to be my #1 fear. Then I had kids and realized that there are way worse things to be worried about, like itching, scratching and itchy scratching. That said, I have a script for a tingle blocker (low blood pressure med) for when I have to give a ****. Works like a champ.
I hate sleeping weird and somehow laying on my left arm causing it to "go to sleep". I then wake up at some point and think I'm having a heart attack. No, I don't rub one out with my "alien hand".
