I simply don't see a scenario where Dubon is left off the Roster.

His versatility and contact ability are too valuable. Click won't leave him off the Roster just to @%$# with Dusty.

I do see a scenario where both Dubon and Meyers are included.

The trick is for Click to specify Meyers is the #2 CF and Dubon is only put in CF if both Chas and Meyers can't.

Then hope Dusty actually follows orders

If some disaster happened and Chas and Meyers went down in the same game then Tucker would be an emergency backup for that game. They can make a roster move for Dubon if there is a significant injury. Diaz can fill in for every infield spot and Mancini at 1st. Emergency situation, Yuli could move to the other side of the diamond and Bregman to short stop depending on who's out of the game.

What's this versatility you're talking about? Play infield? We have Diaz and Hensley, you cant be talking about Dubon's CF ability because he has none. "Contact ability", what's that...a fan's reasoning? Hit some sack flies? Or hit into a ground out or fly ball?

FYI I desperately want Dubon left off.

and versatility and contact ability are actual reasons the team uses, not fans.

No unfortunately those are the excuses that Dusty and thevteam will use for having him play in the playoffs while someone else is sent home.
