Roman Emperror Nero was the original frat bro d-bag. He was emperor but thought he could rock out on the lyre. In Rome, "musician" or "actor" were one step above beggar, so it was considered scandalous, but Nero used to gather all his top advisors together regularly and force them all to listen to his new songs. He was that self-absorbed D bag who thinks the world revolved around his every whim. Caligula was absolutely worse in terms of abusing power, but he was bat s**t crazy so he gets a pass from the list. Douchebags of history. There's also a point where being more of a d-bag just turns you into an evil POS and d-bag no longer seems to apply. I'm sure it would be technically correct to call Idi Amin a douchebag, but there are other, more severe terms that supercede that title.
I totally get the Draymond hate, but I can't really hate him after I saw him sticking up for the people of H-town.
This is always one of those how you define things. “Douchebag” to me is someone with an undeserved sense of massive self worth and narcissism. While some of they could fit Trump and Ted Cruz they did actually win elections. I think Nero is a great example I would also put in the Roman Emperor Elagabalus https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elagabalus More modern Kim Jong Un. I would also add Donald Junior and Eric Trump. Some more over inflated sense of self worth who without their name would be useless King Charles, and Prince Harry.
Wouldn't doubt that. I lived in Corpus a few years during and after my Navy days. I really liked it down there, but Houston is home to me. Unlike Cruz though, I actually worked serving our country, and not instigating coups, or flying around serving up BS to Texas voters, while defending guys like Trump.
