Maybe Ime went full Costanza and had sex with the staffer on a desk in the office? Maybe that is the violation........
Those athletes are no different than any other man. And he was in a relationship, it takes a mutual understanding and compromise to be faithful to each other and meeting each other’s needs. It’s wrong to just assume she wasn’t meeting his “male needs” and makes it seem like he has no control over his urges.
Is this you applying for the job? It's not something I'd ever need. But perhaps you can find work elsewhere.
THIS! If you did the **** . . .you did it. . . their is no shame or dishonor in saying someone did what they did Rocket River
Either she wanted more.. . or he wanted more and did not get their way If the broke on bad terms . ... everything the other says will be misinterpretted Esp if they suspect the other of running off at the mouth to other people It's not her but she is cute Nothing is Right or Wrong . . . until it becomes public Rocket River
Maybe they actually need to suspend him to dock his pay. If they just fire him he may get all or most of the remaining money on his contract. I think the Celtics are probably hoping to negotiate a buyout at this point. Having him return a year later would just bring the PR distractions back again.
so it’s allegedly 100x worse according to Matt Barnes, but he still ain’t fired Why? Ime is just a HC
I don't really agree with Stephen A's point. It's not like the initial leak of Ime's suspension was an official press release from the Celtics organization. Rather it was source(s) with knowledge of the situation that LEAKED it to Woj and then Sham. I highly doubt the Celtics wanted that information out there before they themselves could reveal it. Furthermore, even if there were no leaks (very unlikely in today's world, I mean the Supreme court's decision to overturned Roe was leaked months in advance) it would've been extremely difficult to announce Udoka's suspension without giving the reasons why. As for the question of why the Celtics didn't simply fire Udoka instead of having this hang over their heads for the next year... I'm guessing that it is due to the situation being very messy and difficult to accurately investigate. Purely speculating here, but while Udoka definitely broke company policy, the extent/nature of the disagreements/conflicts between the two parties later on becomes difficult to prove and is likely very messy and difficult to accurately parse.
