what do you all think the rocks lineups will be next year

    If nothing happpens in terms of trade and we get all of our FA back(except dream if reports are correct, hope not though) then here's our player roster:

    PG - Steve Francis 6'3
    SG - Cat Mobley 6'4
    SF - Eddie Griffin 6'9
    PF - Mo Taylor 6'9
    C - Kevin Cato 6'11

    PG - Moochie Norris 6'2
    SG - Shandon Anderson 6'6
    SF - Dan Langhi 6'11
    PF - Kenny Thomas 6'8
    C - Jason Collier 7'0

    PG - Sean Colson 6'2
    SG - Terence Morris 6'9
    SF - Walt Williams 6'8
    PF - Matt Bullard 6'10

    We are way too deep. With this team a couple of players are seriously going to get their mins cut from last season if everyone is healthy. The way I see it is we are really short on big bodies to play the center position esp. with Cato and Collier injury prone(and they are the only real centers we have, it's hard enough to find a backup if one of them doesn't play well and the scary thing is that they could both be injured at the same time).

    I agree with the Cat. I no longer support our re-signing of Shandon Anderson. If we can entice some other team into doing a S&T then I say go for it. PLEASE let's ship Cato and Shandon for some BODIES. I like the Mark Jackson idea but let's not rush and pay this UNPROVEN KID 4 to 5 mil. Would we be signing him long term or just one-year a la Shandon and MoT? I still really like the combination center idea, if PLEASE LET US GET SABONIS, and keep Dream. Then I wouldn't give a damn about Cato but it'd still be nice to move him for others.

    I agree we have way to many bodies at the SF spot and with S. Anderson I don't think he would start or be happy playing of the bench for 20 mins a night.

    Jackson is still there, and we could probably get him if we offered anything over 4.5 million, which is what the Warriors can match. This is exactly the scenario we should be pursuing right now. Getting another big man who can rebound and score should be a higher priority than a backup shooting guard in Shandon, especially with how Langhi is playing at the 2 this summer. That would give us 4 centers on the roster (Dream, Jackson, Cato, Collier), but Dream will be gone in a year or two and Cato needs to be sent to IR for life.
