    QB ducked the tackle then 19 yards later Bama entered good FG range

    Sounds like it was a super frustrating day for the Longhorns. Can't beat a team like Bama when both the refs and bounces are that bad. A sign of better days ahead though?

    Haven't seen a better prepared Texas team like that in a long long time. Hopefully we don't have a let down vs. UTSA although its looking like we'll be starting our 3rd string QB. All in all, UT football got a lot more interesting even with Ewers out for a while.

    Ewers getting hurt was unlucky but who cares. We can't complain about being unlucky when this program has been mediocre for a decade.

    Looks like we might be running out the third-string QB and some wildcat against UTSA. It's a shame the Roadrunners are so feisty.

    Seems like Worthy gives up on deep balls a few times or he loses sight of it.. That deep ball Card threw wasn't accurate ,but it was good enough to make a play for

    How many games can Hudson Card play before he has to take his redshirt to save the year for the transfer portal?

    I don't think there is any way he burns a whole year at UT, when a younger guy Ewers is the starting QB, Card should be out of UT by the end of the year and to protect this as not a lost year he can only play in...4 games total.

    So, assuming he is leaving, we have Card in 4 games, we have 1 more game with him then he has to bail to protect his eligibility for the year not to count, right?

    Will he burn a year for UT, or will he protect his own interests and leave after this next game?

    But he can only play 4 games before he ends up counting this year. If he stops at 4, he can get another year and transfer with 3 years remaining instead of 2.

    You think he will simply burn an entire year as a backup?

    That would be interesting.

    Even if you disregard the history of horrid officiating, the last two games have been completely unacceptable. These calls aren’t even close.
