    How many 1B/LF/DH players do we need?

    Yordan/Trey/Yuli...now Conforto?

    That's about as many (minus one) as you can have on a roster. If Diaz ever gets healthy again, that's a huge plus

    Unless something has changed, the reason Tucker isn’t in centerfield is because Tucker doesn’t want to play centerfield. He is really adverse to change and struggles when he has to do something outside his comfort zone.

    Exactly. He needs to be pencilled in as the CF with Tucker on one side of him and they can switch some guys out in left.

    Mancini needs more time at first too. Gurriel unfortunately looks like he lost a step or two. A playoff team shouldn’t have a first bagger with a .650 OPS.

    Roster flexibility is huge and the kid they called up can play C/1st/LF.

    I hope he is signed. It would make Matejevic move down. After that it's gonna be a hard roster crunch with Verlander coming back and A. DIAZ to follow. Not counting Pressley and Taylor after that. Then what with James?

    Could we see a real clinsing of the roster?
    Dubon maybe?

    Conforto sits in where and how? Like I said? I guess he could replace JJ Matejwhatzit. That kid is totally overmatched.

    I get the Diaz C/1B on the bench, LHB.

    I don't get anything else. Unless they decide to play Tucker in CF and just go with sh@t defense

    What roster flexibility? 4 players for 1B/DH/LF?

    Now maybe a 1B/DH/C?

    Nothing is less flexible than that as far as roster spots go.
