My brother was shot in the face

@Clutch and other admins, please close this thread. I should not have posted something like this here and take full responsibility for that. I was not in a good headspace and posted to every social media/forums I am part of in hopes of "fixing" something I could not. The disrespect feels overboard and I can only hope everyone here finds happiness and kindness a common presence in their lives.

To summarize before the thread is closed:

@Blatz Police Report #221960001 - should confirm date, time, and location of the Assault. Per the doctors that examined him at the ER, wounds were consistent with a firearm attack. A piece is still embedded behind my brother's eye.
He was out for a jog at Lady Bird Lake Trail the evening of 7/14 when the weather changed suddenly and started pouring. He cut down Riverside Dr. as a result. Assault occured in front of a parking lot to an apartment complex (Breakers on the Lake). He slowed down when he saw a car appear to be turning into that lot. When the car did not, he continued jogging and was shot to the side of his head. He was wearing airpods but remembers hearing loud distortion before impact. When he turned the car had driven off and he rushed home and straight to the ER. Officer that met my brother at the hospital was Hector Castelan. Detective investigating the case is Virginia Higginbotham. My brother continues to recover from his diplopia and has returned to work.
