Very short video, but there is very clear evidence of at least one SU-24 that was trashed, despite the Russians repeatedly claiming that it was only an ammo dump that exploded due to poor safety practices and no planes or equipment were damaged:

Yeah all the fuel and ammo dumps look intact... I wonder caused that big explosion?

That's some weird Russian PR. It wouldn't exactly fill me with confidence if our military told me they couldn't do basic stuff like making sure their ammo doesn't randomly blow up. How it that better than saying the enemy managed to get a shot in? If I can't trust you to do the basic stuff, how can I trust you to be competent when the enemy does show up?

They sent the Ukranians AGM-88 HARM "anti radiation" missiles that track and destroy radars in the last round of spending and either Americans or Ukranians figured out a way to hook them up to launch from the Russian MIGs, with reduced functionality, apparently.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/AGM-88_HARM

Apparently that's what's helping them hit targets in well defended bases deep in Russian controlled teritories.
