    Back in 1989 Reds scored 14 in the first against the Astros. Every hitter, including the pitcher had at least 1 hit.

    Wonder if they'd use him in the pen at all in the postseason. Maybe, I guess. I'd be a little leary for the pen , even.

    According to advanced stats Garcia is actually over performing his ERA. I think the innings he’s pitched over the last 2 years might be catching up to him, but still think he’ll be super valuable in middle relief during the playoffs.
